The Old Town Hotel Magic is located in the heart of Lucerne, on Kornmarkt in the cobbled pedestrian zone.
The Old Town Hotel Magic Lucerne is located in a car-free zone and does not have any parking spaces. Public car parks are located nearby. Guests may drive their cars (including taxis) to the front of the hotel upon arrival and departure. Valet parking is available exclusively to our guests (price – CHF 32, no reservation required).
All our rooms (double beds only – no twin beds) have a bathroom with shower or bath, WC, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. They all have a minibar, fan (no air conditioning), safe, flat screen TV/radio, a Delizio coffee machine and security door lock with key card. Baby cots are not available.
Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. The reception is located in our sister hotel Krone and is open from 6.30 a.m. to 11 p.m. For check-in, you will need official identification and a credit card for guarantee purposes. Late check-out (2 p.m.) can be booked subject to availability for CHF 50 per room.
Are you checking in after 6 p.m.? We offer a discount of CHF 10 on your overnight stay for late check-in (from 6 p.m.). These options can only be booked directly on our website. Check-in after 11 p.m. takes place at the neighbouring Hotel des Balances.
Pets are not permitted at Hotel Magic.

City and resort taxes of CHF 4.50 per person per night are not included in the total price and must be paid separately during your stay.
The Old Town Hotel Magic Lucerne is not suitable for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users. The lift only operates from the first floor upwards.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days (48 hours, until 2 p.m.) prior to arrival. If the cancellation deadline is not met, the first night will be charged at 100%. In the case of a non-refundable booking, the room price paid cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation, no-show or change.
